Water Resistance Bonding Agent & Mortar Strengthening Additive
Pro Latex Z188 & Z188 PLUS is a synthetic polymer emulsion for adding to cement mortars, where good adhesion and water resistance are required. It is suitable for tropical conditions.
APPLICATION GUIDE
| Step 1 | Concrete must be clean and free of all contaminants, surface treatments, and loose friable materials. |
| Step 2 | Absorbent surfaces should be saturated thoroughly with clean water. Add Pro Latex Z188/Z188 Plus directly to fresh cement to create a soft, creamy bonding agent. |
| Step 3 | To enhance renders, plasters, repair materials, and tile adhesives, add Pro Latex Z188/Z188 Plus directly to the mix. |
| Step 4 | Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically. |
