PROZ BITUMEN PRIMER is a low viscosity blend of water-based bituminous specially formulated to produce a tough and durable bituminous film when dry.
PROZ BITUMEN PRIMER also is a single component which is newly developed polymer of MMA, natural rubber, and polyurethane combines with the reaction with asphalt and then being modified and further emulsified to form elastic waterproof membrane.

APPLICATION GUIDE
| Step 1 | Substrates must be clean and free of all contaminants, surface treatments, and loose friable materials. |
| Step 2 | Pour about 70-80% of clean, premeasured water (based on the consistency you need) into a clean container. Slowly add the entire bag of Z125 while mixing with a machine mixer. Add the remaining water and mix until you get a smooth, even consistency. Flowable consistency = 4.0-4.4 litres Pourable consistency = 3.6-4.0 litres Stiff consistency = 3.0-3.4 litres |
| Step 3 | Once mixed, stir briefly with a spatula to remove air bubbles. Pour the grout immediately into the formwork. For baseplate grouting, ensure steady pressure for smooth, continuous flow. Allow to dry for at least 3 days before further work. |
| Step 4 | Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after use. Hardened or cured material can only be removed mechanically. |
